Has anyone used the Digidesign Eleven Rack? I was seriously considering it for a while and it seems to get decent press. It's not hugely expensive either.

The amp sounds in it range from good to great but the effects variety is lackluster. It's designed to work with Pro Tools so i guess they expect users to add effects in the DAW. I guess Avid has abandoned it since there haven't been any expansion packs for it in a long time.

Another one out there is the Atomic Amplifier. That thing also doesn't have a lot of fx but it's in stompbox format, allows IRs & with some pedals in front or after it would work fine I suppose. Not very expensive either.

I say pedals if you are a bedroom player. Processor if you gig out.
