KforKill - First Kill EP


We just released our first EP to be listened on-line. I'm very excited and I would like to share it with you guys.

The EP consist of 5 songs and it was recorded in 2 1/2 days, mainly played live. It took 2 days to be mixed and mastered.:headbang:

a little update with some pictures of the recording process.

The recording room. The drums was recorded with ~20 mics and 5 ambiental mics to get the acoustic of the room which sound pretty cool.


My bass setup. We recorded live, so my amp was in another room and we monitored all the instruments through headphones. Then we moved my amp to the main room and we re-amped the bass track. I used only 1 of my 2 jackson basses. EMG PJ in both of them.



The control room. Nice room with expensive equipment in there. Mac and Pro Tool was used.
