My cab is buzzing

I've got a Marshall 4x10 that won't stop buzzing! It sounds as if a speaker is loose in that cab. What can I do to fix this? Is it just a matter of tightening the speaker up or something like that? Has this ever happened to any of you guys? I mean, my amp is at my bands rehearsal studio and it can get annoying, but its bearable. However, I won't be able to record anything without getting this buzz.

What should I do?

Check everything for tightness: speakers, back panel, the screws that hold the baffle in the cab, everything. Also, make sure it is the cab; if you usually play with the rig stacked, move the head off and see if the buzz goes away. There are a lot of things that can rattle in a head, too.
