I was just making fun of the people who say the tone is all in your fingers. because they say that and then post twenty more times about all of thier eq and they need 5 more pedals with specific sounds to find thier tone.

so remember if you want to sound better, PRACTICE!!!

(and buy better eq...)

Yep, lol.

Practice may help, but I'll still sound better playing though my amp than a frontman 15.

If better amps didn't make you sound better, people wouldn't buy them. Tone is in the money you spend, style/talent is in your fingers.

I prefer to play through something with tubes in church the lower the watts the better that way you get the tubes working at lower volumes without disturbing the rest of the complaining singers etc. Also i wud never use a di with an electric. Then again some sound guys just don't know what theyr'e on about.
