i found the answer to the pickups in the pickup lounge, but i am still wondering what parts you are changing, saddles and tuners? strap locks? looks like it will be a killer guitar when you get done with it.

mrid, i have that combo black and tortise on my 50's strat but i have a maple neck. looks really cool with the cream knobs and pickup covers

i just got back from a hike at smith rock, it was sweet!

anywho, i needed new ferrules, saddles, knobs and strap buttons. i ordered :

yeah, in the right setting, the competition stripes and the surfy look wicked hehe - the mustang in particular, it's become almost a characteristic feature :burnout:
