Any comparison on the quality as compared to your other amps? It seems to me you've been apprehensive of Asian build quality in the past.

How do you like it? I've heard various things on the line in general and the 20 vs 50 watt, but you have great ears for dialing in marshall tones so very curious to get your take.

It's interesting that my H&K Edition Blue 60R, looks very similar, and is also made in Vietnam. I wonder if they rolled out of the same factory?

Its loud for 20 watts. I needed a combo for travel dates. Ive heard the O 20 descibed as "plexi" like. Its no plexi but with some coaxing you can get some decent tones. But the master has to be 75%+ or more to get the goods.
The lower power setting don't really do it. I would have loved a DSL 40 combo but this will work. Folks ask more than their worth.
The guy i got this from in an electronics guy. He swapped out the crappy film resistors with orange drops.
I put NOS glass in it. Its so loud i might as well play my 100 watters.
The controls don't really do what they're labeled its kind of a weird amp.
Other than the circuitry the build / speaker / cab covering is pretty good.
Cathode biased so you can swap tubes like a Mesa.​
