This "cloning" doesnt happen with just this company of Strats and has been going on for a long time. Look at all of the companies making Tweed Clones. Theres gotta be hundreds of them. Victoria, Clark, Mission, Weber etc. There are tons making EXACT copies of Fender Tweed amps, and better than the ones Fender makes now (well, the Fender '57 Tweed Twin is a sick amp and just as good as some of these clones, but thats a rare case). How many companies clone Marshall and rip off of their design? Tons, bluesbraker clones other JTM45s, Plexis, modded things. Many companies clone Gibsons too. Clones are all over the place. It is nothing new that someone is cloning a classic guitar or amp design. IMO, this cloning is GREAT! If the original company goes under or starts to make sh!t, then you got the clones that are made with more care and time anyway...
