Neal Schon PRS?!

Re: Neal Schon PRS?!

I like the gibson model accept:

- OFR should be black or some other color that wouldn't attract as much attention, or stand out as much, maybe a kahler wouldn't look so awkward

- if possiblethere should probably be an iommi cover or something over the neck pickup because it looks like ass uncovered

- change the switch and hardware to black

i think they really forgot about the KISS principle here, i bet they needed a sustainer to get back the sustain they lost with the floyd lol

Re: Neal Schon PRS?!

I don't get all the complaints people have with a Floyd on an LP, it's still got to have more sustain than a superstrat with a Floyd due to the thicker body and set neck, but no one minds those?

Re: Neal Schon PRS?!

I've found a Fernandes which has more gizmos on it...

Gee, take away the OFR, the sustainer system, the OFR, the odd control layout, and the OFR, I'd play it, but not for that kind of money.

Damn that thing is ugly. I can't imagine people paying more than $2500 for that, "private stock" or not ;)

Well, maybe-but it has a freaking Kahler on it....
At least with that kahler you can always put the tunomatic stuff back on it, not like you'd want to.

A Tune-O-Matic would seem out of place on that guitar.... I guess the Kahler really does fit....

It's like the one BC Rich that Steve Vai has with 23 knobs and switches on it, lol...

The nice thing about those Kahlers is that you can put 'em on any tunomatic setup :3 ...well they probably have different american/metric ones but you get the point.
