Jazz/JB for the HH setup
Jazz/vintage stack/JB for the HSH setup
and there's several different setups for the HSS setup. The list goes on and on for that one, but the other two are pretty much the "standard" so to speak.

Re: need some freaken help please

HSH = Screamin' Demon (Bridge) - JB Jr (Middle) - JB Jr or Hot Rails (Neck)
HH = Screamin' Demon or JB (Bridge) - Jazz (Neck)
HSS = Screamin' Demon or JB (Bridge) - Hot Rails (Middle + Neck)

PATB-3 Blues Trembucker for the bridge. If you go H-S-S, try an Alnico II Pro single coil in the middle, and an SSL-1 in the neck. If you go H-S-H, try an A2P single in the middle, and either a Seth Lover, Alnico 2 Pro, or Pearly Gates in the neck. That guitar will be a little bright, so I would avoid the Custom 5.

Custom custom for the bridge/ Aph, Jazz, pearly gates, or 59 for the neck.

Shielding is never a bad idea, especially if you'll be using single coil pickups. Make sure you know what you're doing, or else have a tech do the shielding. An improperly done shielding job will actually cause more noise than if you had never shielded it in the first place.
