Re: Need suggestions
It's an american vintage tele, as stated
AH, missed the "am" as American

There are several years of those and depending on which vintage will better help determine which route you need to go. I'm assuming it is like a
'52 or
'58 Vintage but I'm pretty sure there were other vintage Teles.
Do you know what pickups are in it?
The Broadcaster pickups (I believe something like '50-'51) had really hot bridge pickups while the Nocasters on down through the 60s Telecasters typically had lower output than the Broadcaster (Broadcaster then lawsuit so it became a Nocaster and then the Telecaster.)
My personal opinion would be to not route for a middle pickup on this Tele–you will lose your value in the guitar, IMO. If you want a Strat middle pickup then perhaps you need a Strat too?
Since you already have the Lil 59 and Vintage Stack then give them a try just to see how they are different–not so sure how significant the tone will change between the Stock and the Vintage Stack BUT it will be much cleaner as you will lose the single coil hum. So I'd say give it a go! Worse thing that happen is you have more experience with different pickups! You may love it or you may not, but you will be all the more wiser
And I play mainly rock. I mean useful, because sometimes you get some combinations which, in practice, are never used or are very similar to others. Hope it helps

What is wrong with the current pickups?
What do you want
changed? More output? More sustain? Less trebly?
Seriously, I'm not trying to ram questions down your throat its just that we have no idea where to help lead you. We can tell you what has worked for us BUT we come from just about all ranges of music...more useful for rock is really broad. Kike are you playing classic rock or soft rock or hard rock or southern rock or etc...? Are you mainly lead or rhythm?
What do you find lacking with this guitar when you play it?
Just because its never been used doesn't mean its the wrong choice–I found a DiMarzio Liquifire pairs beautifully with a Seymour Duncan Screamin Demon, that is a pretty unconventional combo but it worked for me.
Again, not trying to hound you or anything just need to know what is lacking/what you want changed...
