New Carvin V3m micro amp

Re: New Carvin V3m micro amp

I don't doubt they need explaining and I normally don't mind, it's only when my download limit gets reached and I'm reduced to dial-up speeds that it's a problem.

Small budget? Says the guy with a Soldano, a Randall, 2 dual recs and a million marshalls in the background of all his videos :laugh2:

Ah... well then, you my friend has a very valid gripe! Sorry to hear about the download maximums. We're spoiled in the US w/ Broadband. For about $40 bucks a month - someone can get upwards of 30Mbps down and 5Mbps up - unlimited!!

But, you make a valid point. Perhaps a notation in my videos (Something I have done in the past that indicates : sound demo starting at timestamp). Would that work?

Re: New Carvin V3m micro amp

Well I'm not going to make you change your whole style if you've got a format going. But yeah that would be really cool. I've watched a lot of your videos on youtube. You seem to like Behringer which is good because normally people with more expensive gear won't touch them, then there's no reviews on them...

How does the micro V3 compare with it's full sized counterpart?

:hijacked:

No offense, but somehow this conversation has gotten away from being about the Carvin V3M. If the ToneKing wants feedback, just start a new thread in the Sound Room. Not trying to be a jerk, but I just read 2 pages hoping for something on the V3M and all it was was random jibber-jabber.

I'm with speed2dirt...I'd like to hear from an average Joe who bought a V3M and has had some time to sus it out.

Amazing! Thanks BloodRose! Jumping on the hate bandwagon! Rock on my 44 year old friend!

Toneking,
I normally always try to post positively and maturely. so I apologize that the post was more personal than offering reason.. I obviously have watched your vids and if Id known you'd be posting here, I wouldve been more specific.. I tune to your vids cuz you often post things before some of the others and also you review gear that often goes under the radar of others. (Washburn WM526 for one) Id like to see less talking and more of the sound demo and for the sound demos to be alittle more clear. Now, if the majority of your viewers, like your format, then hey, who am I to argue.. And also, I never knew you were working independent, so Ill be less critical of the sound limitations.. I dont have means to post clips at all..

Rock on!

As far as topic, I am really itching to hear hands on reviews!
