New Jet City Amplification RRV Analog Tube Replacements

From my understanding of these new products is that they are analog replacements for tubes in tube amps from Jet City Amplification. They are sapposed to last a long time and not get hot or go bad o. It says there are 3 different types. One that runs like a tube biased normally, one that runs like a tube biased cold, and one that runs like a tube biased hot.

It is unclear which type of tube they are sapposed to replace. Id also like to hear a sound sample of these and see how they change the tone of an amp. If anyone knows where I can find more Info on these I would appriciate it.

This is where I learned about them, check them out here starting at about 1:50.

These look very interesting. I'd be interested in seeing how they sound and how they respond compared to tubes.

They're actually made by a company called Roberts, and have been around for a while.

they're supposedly just 12ax7 replacements/emulators.

Very interesting! The demos sound good but I'd like to hear some comparison clips just to see if there's anything missing.

I wonder how they compare to the Wattgrinder ....

Awesome! I've been in talks with Doug for awhile. He said they lined up a distributor and had production all set and big news was coming soon. Can't believe Jet City is his partner! That is really cool. Hope the product delivers.
