Hey guys, long time since I've been on. Had been wondering about doing a nice little cheap setup, so I figured ask the geniuses at SDUGF.
I was going to try and rebuild some speakers cab's I got, since the speakers were dead. Not cheap.
So I got http://http://www.musiciansfriend.com/pro-audio/gemini-gt-3004-dual-15-pa-speaker/582958000000000 these when they were on sale for like $125.00 a piece. Got em'.
Now I used them with my old band, and they are sickkkk. Very powerful, great sound, they don't "WHOOM" and no feedback in a closed in area.
I don't work with that band anymore, and the Powered Mixer wasn't mine. I have a tiny, non-powered mixer. I'm working with another band, and the singer has a personal PA, but we can't mic the guitars or play around much, and I got a great sound from the old setup.
Should I buy the Powered Mixer off of Ebay, where we got the first one, $189.99

Or can I get something better that will probably be more....Correct(?) for those speakers?
