Where did you find those specs, I've been crawling all over the DiMarzio site.
Actually, those are the specs DiMarzio gave to our forum bro, Darth Phineas.
Mine specs out right at 13K in series and 7.14K + 5.76K split.
As for wire on the bobbins, one is pretty full, the other is probably 80-90% full (noticeable difference). Doesn't tell you a whole lot, though![]()

I just read the review. Seems like a good pickup worth trying. Incidentally the specs don't look like anything Dimarzio publishes, those are probably numbers Darth read directly from the pickup. After reading Darth's review I'm kind of curious on these as well.

Can you tell us where your ordered this Sathur8
I just read the review...Incidentally the specs don't look like anything Dimarzio publishes, those are probably numbers Darth read directly from the pickup.
I loved the tone Satch got in the video demoing the pickup but you never know how much of that is Satch and the processing/production. Would love to try one myself.
The only ones currently at market are the first-run "Magnetar" branded ones. Same exact pickup as the "Satchur8", just without the revamped name. Do a google search and you'll find a couple vendors with stock...
Wah on everything, yuck!
