New tubes?

Ok, now my amp makes humming noises when I turn it on. It goes away as the amp is tilted back, or when I push on the top. What else could be wrong with it.

I've got a '59 bassman ltd.

I doubt new tubes will help. Sounds like a bad/cold solder joint. Very common on Fender reissues with PC boards.

What would that look like? Could I go in and fix it my self? (I'm limited with a soldering iron, and I've only worked with guitars.)
