Newbie here w/ wiring woes!

I was going to part out my old Jackson Dinky. But i decided not to. This was, of course, after I had already taken the pickups out! And no, I didn't make any note of how everything was hooked up. I know I know...I'm a moron. Anyways, the pickups are Screamin' Demon (bridge), 'lil 59 (mid), and a jb jr. in the neck. There is one volume and one tone which are both coil tapping pots. Any help putting this thing back together would be great! Thanx.

By the way, Zerberus is from Freiburg, Germany.

The black leads will all connect to the 5 way in that guitar. The bridge pickup black will be on the open end terminal. Look for the old solder. The green and plain wires will get soldered to a pot chassis or another source of ground.

The coil splits (red/white) will get connected to the push pull pots but since I dont know which pickups were wired to which switchs it's a hard call. Usually 3 HBs will have 3 switches if they are all to be split but thats not nessessarily the case in all guitars.

If I knew what the switching did, I could give you more instructions.

Re: Newbie here w/ wiring woes!

Thanx a bunch for all of the help, guys. I did a bit of guessing and it all works now. However, w/ the bridge hum. selected, i get a ton of noise. Kinda like a normal single coil noise on speed! Any thoughts? And Racer, as soon as I get back from work, I'll drop that guy a line. Freiburg isn't far from here at all. Thanx again.

It sounds like the bridge HB is coil split all the time. Tap on the coils studs and posts with something metallic when the guitar is sunning through the amp. You should get a loud pop from both coils. If you do not, then you need to isolate the bridge pickups red/white wires from ground.
