NGD Fender Professional Telecaster (pics)

It finally arrived. Now I know what it's like to have a good guitar. Very impressed, highly recommend it over all the other telecasters out there atm. It may not have the flashiest looking body but the resonance and play-ability are impeccable.
Pickups are sweet, they even make the clean channel on my Jca22h sound good lol. Can't wait to play it through the Bogner.

A black guard would look killer on that.

Fender hit the nail on the head with the Am. Professional Series. It'll have to wait awhile, but my next guitar will be the Sonic gray/rosewood tele with the guard switched to black.

Blackguard is always the correct answer on a SB/maple Tele.

Awesome guitar! I'm so glad Fender came to their senses and removed the tummy cut that they had put on the last generation of American Standards.

Didn't know they had it in that colour! I think it's going to be one of those colors everybody wants to have a few years down the road when they stop offering it, but you already know this since you are GJ, lol
To be fair I almost got the crimson red one with rosewood fret-board but I opted for a maple fret-board at the last second because all my other guitars have rosewood boards already. It just looks classic/timeless so I got the 2-tone, its a safe choice. The ash body is really light so the guitar is a bit neck heavy but both are very resonant.
Played it through the Bogner and it performed insanely good, those pickups are something special! Needed to tame the highs a bit, it's the first guitar I keep rolling off the tone knob all the time.

I didn't change out the pick-guard yet, I kinda like the white as it is, has this slight greenish/yellowish glow to it.

Here is the blackout mock up:
