Very cool! congrats!!! I have to say, when comparing US to imports (unless its VERY low line imports) I often have a hard time telling much difference. (prolly just because Im such a novice) I know the US ones usually have better woods, attention to detail, etc, but the imports have improved to the point its hard to tell much difference. Some, like Epis and brands like Burny, you can tell by the thicker finish, but my Japanese Charvel plays and feels as good, if not better than my US Charvel. The US one is fancier, but the Japanese one has a much bigger accoustic tone and is more resonant. just my thought
