Nice job. I have been building Strats with Warmoth 24.75 scale necks for a little while. They are some of my favorite players.

That guitar cracks me up! If it played great, I'd rock it. It would be my ultimate "beater"...like, for beating up idiots and picking up chicks in the dirtiest dive bars. No case? No problem. Toss it in the trunk and let it ride. Maybe end a set Cobain-style someday by sending it through a set of speakers on stage. When you don't care, the possibilities are endless! :lmao:

idk about 'great'. it makes the noise id expect from it. its mostly my experiment guitar. its a p.o.s. and it knows it. upside is it dont look bad on video.... or from a distance... or blindfolded...

Sometimes I even sand the guitar a little bit before I paint it.

I was just bowing out to your pointed comeback, which I genuinely thought was a tad humorous (i.e. "good comeback!")

However, I see you've got a bone to pick and aren't taking things nearly as lightly.

In that case, let's get something clear...you've been the only "knucklehead" to grace these pages, if there truly is one.

No one else is calling people idiots but you. You were incorrect from the start and no matter how much stubbornness or insult you impart on behalf of your stance, it doesn't make you right ;)

Personally I think the width matters more than anything. I think a nice thick D is slightly harder, but much more pleasing to wrap my hands around than other profiles, but that's just me. I've seen a lot of C men in guitar center before.

The thing a lot of guys don't understand is even with an S-curve or too much back-bow, you can still get just the right amount of action. Especially if they get fat toward the base.

My problem is I only have one nut. But I have a full set of locking clamps and screws for it. I just hate when a hair gets caught in there while I tighten down.
