Introducing my 2014 Gibson Les Paul Classic in Seafoam Green. Finally found a finish that made me pull the trigger. She's a little beast weighing in a little over 9lbs. Feels like a mans Les Paul over your shoulders and hands haha. Plenty of sustain and killer lp tones.
The 57s honestly don't sound too bad in the guitar. They are very usable with the push/pull pots and the boost. You could easily have a palette of tone available at your fingers with the right set of pickups imo. I don't like that Gibson has apparently decided to use a board for the electronics. It seems very well built don't get me wrong. I'm just a bit more into the more simple wiring harness. I'm also well aware that it makes more sense to use the board and clips due to the boost and battery being a part of the setup.
The case is pretty freakin sweet. Brown case with 90's pink interior saved me about $100-$200 because this beauty only deserves to reside in a brown/pink case. :cool2:
Enjoy some pron, although my crappy pics don't do her justice. I'm no longer confined to 256k so enjoy the pics lolol
