2008 Gibson Les Paul Traditional!

In my grimy hands as I type. Light (for an LP), very very resonant. You can feel the body vibrating against your stomach as you play it. Amazing. Snappy!

The top has a real nice subtle flame that is proving impossible to photograph well. I need a less overcast day for photos, but here are some I just snapped with my phone a few minutes ago.

Re: NGD: No Tease This Time.

Thanks guys!

I'll keep the Dunlops on there unless they become a PITA. Right now they seem totally fine so I don't have a problem.

Suweeet!

And on a side note, it's amazing the quality of cameras that are built in to cellphones these days.

Re: NGD: No Tease This Time.

Thanks dudes. This thing is one of the good ones. Bright and snappy with a ton of sustain and a good deep clunk.

Here is a version of the one pic with a much closer representation of the color.

Re: NGD: No Tease This Time.

Muchas gracias man. I love it. It's really, for me, the perfect LP. It's got an understated flame and a nice burst... The full Standard treatment with binding and everything. And it's about 9.5 lbs so not too heavy.. And it has the tone I was looking for.

It's fun to share this stuff on the forum. Thanks for validating my purchase, lol
