Brought this one home this evening...been wanting an ICT700 for a while now since trying one out a few months back. When it showed up locally at a good price and still wearing hang tags it was a "no brainer"!!!





The Ibanez Iceman ICT700 represents the first ever production neck-thru version of the Iceman offered by Ibanez. The Iceman has always been a great design, with it's aggressive body style and killer tone, but the Iceman ICT700 takes a great guitar even further! This model includes a reverse headstock design, 5-piece Wizard II neck-thru for incredible tone and sustain, DiMarzio D Activator neck and bridge pickups, stoptail bridge with string-through body design, and jumbo frets. There's not a guitar out there that's cooler than the Iceman ICT700!

Ha! I just cycle through a lot. The '88 Jackson Soloist Custom Ontario Glow In The Dark Lava Crackle is heading back to me thanks to an Export Issue with the Fish & Game Laws due to Mother Of Pearl Inlays. Maybe it's a sin I should hang onto it.

Thanks everyone! The USACG is my favorite guitar on all counts. DiMarzios are decent but I plan on locking tuners and possibly an EMG Hetfield Set down the road.

AWESOME!! Congrats!! Thats a hot guitar!! Prolly about 350-400 degrees setting on your stove.... For years, I was not a fan of the IceMan shape, (not quite pointy enough).. But a couple of years ago they really started hitting a chord (pun intended) with me. I especially love the ones like yours with the upside down headstock and Ive especially grown fond of the Totman model. Not for the signature part, but the feature set.

Saw a Totman on sale cheap somewhere and I cant recall where.. !@$!@$!%! New, close out.. Prolly just as well..

Thanks folks! BLOODROSE-haven't actually had an opportunity to try a Totman, but this one appealed to me as it's Neck-Through, String Through/Gibraltar Bridge, Mahogany, and, NOT a Floyd Rose type. Thing is heavy and feels substantial too - which I like in a guitar.

Thanks! The USACG is one of the most awesome necks I've owned...very reminiscent of the old Graffiti Gunslinger/Assassin I had for a few years and the Mahogany Body sings along with the Custom Custom/JB A2 Hybrid TB it's just got all the components I could ask for and they all came together and set up far better than I imagined.

Same X Series right? They are solid; got to play one of the V Blades locally and it felt exactly the same playable, comfortable and substantial! Post a pic.

Iceman's are cool. And it's surprising how comfortable they are in your lap when you're sittin' pickin'.
