This guitar here plays soooo smooth it's ridiculous and the price I got it at is A+ ($380 USD $400 CAD) and just love it!

Congrats!! Schecter makes solid no bullsh!t workhorse players guitars. The Hardware is top notch, Tone Pros Bridge, Graphtech Nut, and Schecters Locking Tuners are smooth and stable. I picked up a used Schecter Ultra Classic a few weeks ago....been to busy enjoying it to post pics but alas....NGD soon to come ;)

Re: NGD Schecter C-7 Hellraiser!!

The Hellraiser is a solid choice. Congrats.

My #1 for the past 7 years is a Hellraiser (6 string). Couldn't get along with the EMGs, but other than that there is nothing that isn't perfection in it.

Re: NGD Schecter C-7 Hellraiser!!

really nice one!!! congrats!
How do you like the pups?

it usually comes with 707 but the guy changed it to 81/60 and they sound pretty good for what I like to play so... I like it....

Exactly!! I like that they have the locking keys now too. I bought a schecter c1 a few years back and it was exactly as you said. No bs player. had duncans, tonepros etc. I rolled it pretty quick as I was flipping things alot at that time and the neck was just a tiny bit bigger than I prefer, but it was a very nice axe!

Congrats on the new guitar!

Re: NGD Schecter C-7 Hellraiser!!

Just got one recently myself. Really is one of the best guitars I've ever played and changed my opinion completely on EMG pickups.

Re: NGD Schecter C-7 Hellraiser!!

I've got one with a FR. It's a solid guitar. It's my first seven so it's been taking a while getting used to it. I'm not sure if the neck is a bit too thick, I might have to shave it a bit. I like the 707s in it.

Re: NGD Schecter C-7 Hellraiser!!

Good choice dude. I used to have one for quite a while, very solid guitar.
I enjoyed the EMG 707s, great pickups. Articulate under high gain and with a bit of amp tweaking, there is some seriously tasty clean tones to be found using the neck position 707 on a Hellraiser.
