Have you opened it up? Maybe there is an internal fuse seeing how it's a tube pedal and requires a higher current power supply. I would also check the power input jack to make sure it's ok and passing power. And maybe follow the power path, checking with a meter. Maybe see if anything looks toasted on the board inside. Don't know much about the pedal or what tubes it has, if they are flying lead types (soldered) or plug into sockets. But there isn't much to lose if it isn't working, could be simple like the jack, a fuse, tube, maybe the switch. Or something more complicated. If it's not worth trying to find a tech to mess with it, I'd open it up and either fix it or kill it forever. I'm not a tech but I often get lucky. If you are adept at all with electronics, give it a shot. I cant help much beyond that.
