You mean something like this, when you say brown deluxe?

Brownface were early 1960s..transition years between tweed and blackface. That one is super cool but about 10 years too old. Not to name drop, but Thereis alot of brownface all over the 1st skynyrd album, early zz top,.and my fave "stranglehold" from the Nuge.. they are crunchy, greasy, and tighter than previous tweed deluxes. Nice for hard rock if you can wind em up.

But am I looking for an actual unit, or an inspired-by? Does anyone currently make one? Any you know of?

I am very familiar w the first Skynyrd album.
