actually I do and I basically have 2 weeks to buy something.... I don't want any amps, my mesa is fine right now. I have two guitars I like a lot. pedals I don't use... what the hell do I buy?

I was thinking a full set of tubes and a new bridge pickup for my hh strat but that is still less than half... what should I get?

Also, you can say what you would get if you had a $500 card too. :18:

I think new tubes and some recording gear might be the way to go here.

90sguy- I have 2 nice acoustics, but they sit mostly, I just don't play acoustic very often.
FF- I don't have much desire to play bass.

Pickups: PG set: about $200.
Then $75-worth of wall hangers.

You can sell it to somebody who has something they particularly want to buy right now. If they're gonna spend the money anyway, why not have both parties win?

I'd be buying a mixer so that my buddy can record my band. I get a lot of Easter money (yay Italian, Irish Catholics), so I might buy a used 16 channel mixer.

Either that or I've been dying to get a seven string.

If I had that gift card, I'd probably be getting some pickups, strings, maybe some pedals. Recording equipment would also be high up on the list.
