Old Duncan Pickup Covers (the tall ones) - still available?

I recently acquired an old Duncan Quarter Pounder - sounds fantastic, but does not seem to work with any of the current pickup cover, as it is a bit taller. Anyone know if those covers are still available or if there is another company that makes something that might work? Thanks!
