Anyone else notice that ther's lotsa "i"'s in product titles now? 
Anyway after getting the iPad to replace my old PC I installed the iRig app and only took time this weekend to really play with it.
The app on the iPad is a little different and more in depth, (IMO) than the phone version.
This is a quick one minute bit done entirely with the 'Amplitube' app that goes with the iRig.
Amps, effects, metronome, recorder, tuner, built in drum machine - it's got all the little goodies and gadgets with loads of upgrades and options.
Overall for a portable recording set-up, this one is pretty good.
I know there's a few options and people have their personal pics, this one is my fav.

I just left it recording by mistake and it goes for about 3 1/2 minutes, most is dead air.
