Re: p-rails wiring help!
I finally got it all wired up. The first problem is that the hot wire from the input jack has a ground wire as well, not shown in your diagram. Once I solder that the the pot, all sound goes away; without it, there's a lot of buzz, which does not allow me to check the switching much. The pickup selector switch does not seem to work right.It's stamped CRL, with a pat. no., and says made in USA. I can guarrantee pretty much everything is wired up like your diagram - I took my time on this one. The only question, other than grounds would be about the 3ways: does it matter which 3 post side you use?Rotary switch? You never mentioned that. If you choosed a rotary switch, why didn't get a 5 or 6 throws one, having 3 pickups?
