I loved it.
The only thing is that I would like to hear more of your playing. That means, at the end you could play something different (one fast run for example).
But anyway..I also loved the chords at the end..jazzy/blues...best of both worlds :).

was there any clipping on your left speaker, and what did the bass level sound like, I have got the crappest speakers ever made. I dont have any bass cones so I cannot judge accuratley where to eq the bass, I have to guess from past experience.

I'm listening on a nice set of Sennheiser headphones. I don't hear any clipping and the two guitars are mixed at about the same levels. I think the bass is a bit low though.

Nice playing and tone!

Oops, spoke too soon. I did hear the lead guitar clipping around the 3:50 mark, maybe a little past, but right around there. The only clipping I've heard so far.

very slick playing. like strangesound suggested, id like to hear you play some more. Perhaps throw in something of your own when you record another song like a little improvised lead of some sort. Sounds very professional though, thumbs up!

Gawd dang!! ... and to think you're only 22!! First of all, "Hey Joe" is one of my favorite Hendrix songs... and one of the few that I can play myself. Your version is much better than mine, however. You have a much better touch... and tone. I listened to the version with vocals, and heard no clipping, but I listened "lo-fi" since I'm dialup. The recording program I use will clip if I have too many tracks running, and it's a memory problem I'm thinking, so you might check that.

Now Lenny2... sheet man. That sounds incredible. Great recording, great ambiance, and I can hear your guitar actually breathing. That was beautiful, man!

Keep it up.
