You've seen those little outdoor speakers shaped like rocks for your backyard retreats and landscaped and manicured settings? These would be awesome for that junkyard-deco style. A few tires with speakers in them, maybe an engine hanging from a tree with a projector in it so you can paint the Big Game on some sheet metal panels leaning against the fence, a burn barrel that has orange, yellow, and red lights in it and a fan that blows up "flames" made of cheesecloth.
Dude, this is even better than the other business idea I had where you fill Pizza Hut/Domino's delivery orders with Little Caesar's $5 Hot-N-Ready pizzas.

If you were to use an inflated tire on a rim, and find some way to fit the bolt pattern of the speaker to the bolt pattern of the rim, you might be on to something. The tire and rim would have a certain resonant frequency that would probably reinforce the bass response. Stand the tire up and you would have the open back effect for the high end.
