whats the reason for all the shrouds on those amps? They are tube amps Inoright? Plz tell me you remove them whilst playing so the hot tubes can vent.

They have them on because all of my amplifiers belong to an I.S.I.L. terror cell....
LOL... Yes they are valve amp's & yes I do remove the Shemagh's while I'm using them. They stay off for quite a while once I turn them off & let them cool, & I also keep my amplifiers unplugged when they're not in use. So they're basically just fancy dust covers? My bassist works for an Army/Navy surplus store and he can get me anything I want at cost, including these....
I had bought a couple Shemagh's to wear while I was working because I spend a lot of time working outside & they do a fantastic job of keeping you warm when it's cold and cool when it's hot! One day I was dusting off all my heads, cabinets, combo's, Etc & I figured I should cover them with something so I wouldn't have to go through that every week. So I gave him a call & asked him to pick me up 6 more...
They look much nicer than just a sheet or something & they only cost me about $1.50 a piece, which is a hell of a lot cheaper than vinyl dust coverslip's!!!
