problem with Amp

My Modded marshall has crapped out. A few days ago when i tunred it on to play they was only a faint sound, even with volume and preamp vol all the way up. I could hear a rattle when I played. There was also squealing at times. Now there is no sound.

I changed out the tubes tried different speakers and cables etc. It has been recapped in the last 2 years.

Anyone have an idea what may be wrong? Transformer?
