Well, then the time has come to post the result of my Paradise City-project!

The solo isn't exactly smooth, but I'm sooo tired of re-record it. And the outro is basicly me playing what comes into my mind :P I didn't even bother to try and learn Slash's version. As you soon will hear, I ain't Slash yet :P

Here is the link (5,4 MB)

Feedback is always welcome :) But be gentle on my outro :laugh2:

not bad at all! but still like your sweet child clip you should work on your bent notes and vibrato.

I agree. I suck at that. hehe. I'll try to find some excercises for it!

Very good! Nice tone too. Just keep at it, the bend/vibrato thing will come with time, nicely done anyhow!

Not bad at all bro! Sounded good to me! What pickups are you using? APH-1's?

sounds good to me!!!!!!

Thanks guys!!

I use a Epiphone Les Paul Custom with stock pickups! It's more then good enough for me :) I did actually consider a Gibson LP Custom, but 2000 $ for a guitar is kind of absurd for a rookie. Hehe.

And by the way, my new project is Nightrain :) (Or maybe Mr. Brownstone. Not decided yet :P ) The goal is my own Appetite album :laugh2:

Sounds good although the start seems a little too distorted.
