This is the new SC 245. First I wanted to post the shop pics-a "before" and "after".....or "camera shots on a white background don't do it justice"

Yeah the back grain is pretty rad. The neck has all kinds of quirkiness. It even looks to have a little flame from certain angles. I figured it would look better than the store pics, based on my previous PRSi

That said, pretty is as pretty does, and it plays/sounds phenomenal.

And thats all I have to say about that.

I like how the back is a very detailed grain. Prs always seems to outdo themselves with nice looking wood.

Thank you gents. I am having a blast with it. It does alot of things better than my Les Pauls. Not everything. Les Pauls have a softer warmer midrange, but the 245 is more explosive/powerful, if you will.

This is my last big purchase for quite some time..maybe til my 4yo is in college or I win the lotto..

Im gonna have to purge a few other guitars.
