Purple-Chili amps...

Re: Purple-Chili amps...

Four posts, and already plugging an unknown, non-Duncan product. Perhaps the chili is made of spam?

Re: Purple-Chili amps...

No it looks like it's the guitar player of Forever Never, and endorsing the new amp cabinets. The account is from 2008. Possibly a Lurker with a new endorsement hehe!

Re: Purple-Chili amps...

kinda cool they specialize in lightweight. would make for easier shipping. wonder how it affects the sound being so light? ok, I'm not that curious, but still.

Correct! I am not a spam bot. Altho I am a Seymour Duncan endorsee too as it happens, and I feel no obligation to post regularly on here. I waste enough time on the net as it is!

Also, this is an amp thread and as far as I know SD don't make amps so I see no harm in fulfilling my side of the bargain and giving myself and little old Mike Walsh some exposure. :scratchch

I've got no problem with it but tell Mike to put more info on the site. I learned absolutely nothing about the amp on there.

It's in its infancy, and to be fair there's not much to learn yet. He's got 2 prototype heads, a 20 watt and a 50 watt (i think). I'm only using the cabs and they're really good. We're gonna develop a high gain head together at some point. I think there's a press release coming soon as well. I'll keep y'all posted.

Welcome. My 2 cents as constructive criticism. As a business owner I'm not sure that you are doing any service to your amp maker. I would suggest getting it together first before you broadcast your wares to the public, it looks unprofessional.

Good luck to both of you!
