Maybe a used Engl Screamer 50 head would do the trick. Great versetaille amps, but i'm not so sure if you'll find one since most people buy the 1x12 combo version,so there are hardly any heads around.

Early 90s jcm 900 master volume series. Most go under 800 on ebay, im guessing for a average of around 500-600.

Genz Benz El Diablo 60 watt combo. It's only a 1x12 but you'll never miss that other 12. Great, warm cleans, awesome classic or high gain tones, reverb, and the ability to run in 30 or 60 watt mode with your choice of EL34 or 6L6 tubes. Plus a nifty compression switch that gets you into modern metal mode. I just picked one up from eBay for around $700.
