My niece has an Urban that sounds really nice
It pales next to the 70's Guild she also has
Oh and she has a blinged out Esteban with rhinestones
Beautiful, kinda flat sounding. Again compared to the Guild

Yes, I will definitely play my Martin–didn't buy it to sit in the case forever. But I won't take it out in the weather camping around a camp fire or a practice with lots of alternate tunings nor repetitive scales and such.

Cort Parkwood is intriguing–haven't been able to find one to play though. Really wanted to like the new Ovations that are coming out but they are all disappointing, IMO.

For low price & high quality, my favorite is Ibanez.

I want to like Ibanez but I just can't settle with any of their necks. But they are a great brand for sure!

The Martin X series may be the way to go then. Similar feel to your other guitar and quite climate stable.
