Removing tubes from Rivera????

Guys,

I am going to remove the two inner tubes from my Rivera K-100 to use it in 50 watt mode.

However, my cabiner is 4 ohms. Will this be a proble? Don't you have to drop the ohms? 2 ohms?! LOL.

I tried this with my H&K and they said no need tochange ohms.

i wouldnt do the 2 ohm thing. see if you can use a different cab or rewire the one you've got.

i thought rivera amps had some sort of cool effects loop feature that made it act like an attenuator.
