replacing strat bridge

I'm thinking of replacing the bridge and tuners on my standard strat. I was wondering what the best tremolo style bridge is for tuning stability? I have the 6 screw kind if that matters.

I assume you have a MIM Standard Strat? If so, and you want max tone and tuning stability, get a Callaham tremolo Mexican upgrade kit, make sure your nut is cut perfectly and then make sure your tuners have no slip.

I have a Wilkinson/Gotoh VSVG on my axe, and it's very fine. A 6-screw vintage trem with some useful extras. You can get it at Stewmac:
