It's nice to ask man
Since early June I've been behind the mixing desk, recording / mixing albums in a consistent queue that left not much energy for anything else. Hopefully, I'll have a very easy December so it is possible that this axe will see the day as some kind of self-addressed X-Mas gift
I'll shout when something is there to show. Also, I plan to record its sound sometime.

Man this one was not intended to be a zombie thread / zombie project but you know, life is a great director. Without irrevelant and unnecessary details, I suspected better 2010's. Maybe I'll write a song about it but it surely it's not for today.
After a long bumpy road this old battered axe got its final form recently. I dropped the decals idea finally as I have 5 different custom sets around from 3 decal makers and none of them matched my expectations, to cut it short and nice. I assembled this axe first around February this year I guess. Like a kit car, after a couple of months of continuous tweaking and reconsidering decisions it slowly started working as a whole. By now a couple of onstage tests are behind too. I am confident to say that this old friend of mine had never been in a better shape and it became a great guitar. Besides the sound that I really like it has good songs in it - and it still has one of the most playable necks I've ever touched by any manufacturer.
