FWIW, strangely enough the neck on my RG 7421 is stamped as an RG 7621.
It seems apart from the pickups that come stock with them, the bridge and the pickup ears, they are basically the same guitar.
They are seriously good instruments, WAY better than the Indo made RG 7321 by miles.
Some of the RG 7321s I've played have had astoundingly poor fretwork and they just don't have that same quality feel when you pick it up in your hand that a MIJ model has.
