Rotary Cab help?

I've got an Leslie rotary thing and the old speaker than came with it in the organ I ripped apart for it.

Basically I had stumbled across this thing when I was 16 walking through the streets somebody was throwing out an old organ, Didn't have an identification on it as the top plate with the keys was missing. I was looking for a volume pedal for my Hammond and after I took it I noticed it still had a speaker in it and this weird black thing that moved. So I took all the parts I wanted and put it back where it was.

I'd have to take a picture of it as I don't have one but it looks exactly like this this, it was mounted like this one.

I'll get to taking a picture tomorrow if anybody cares.

I have a mounting bracket, rotary thing, and the 25W speaker it came with Says "Jennings" on the back of it. I want to turn it into an extension cabinet so it runs off of something else, Only the electric motor would be running on it's own. I don't know where to get a variable speed motor, and I'd probably attach a pedal as the control for the motor just because I don't want to have to crouch down to change the speed of the thing while playing. If I can't get a variable speed motor that fits in it, The pedal could be just a footswitch rather than an organ type.

I'd rather not use the 40 year old speaker in a new cab though, I see it failing pretty quickly.

Might make it into a more compact version of the Vox "Gyrotone" cab of the same type.

In short... Anybody know where to get a Variable speed motor and a belt for a Leslie-esque cabinet?

Jennings, as you probably already know, was the man behind Vox amplification. Your ancient loudspeaker could have some value to collector's of vintage gear.
