SD JB?Noise levels on them

Im thinking of buying a SD JB.Currently I have a GFS Crunchy Paf that is 14k..I also have a Artec that numbers wise is close to the JB.Alinco 5 and 17k.I actually like the sound of the cheap artec..but not the noise so much. The main thing is the body noises it picks up.Noises like the slector switch as it clicks over the blades. My Floyd that is blocked.and I can hear it when it comes to rest and contacts body. Those kind of noises. On the GFS I dont have these noises. What about the JB??Do they pickup these body noises? Is that just the side effect of using high out put pickups like the JB or Dimarzio Tonezone?

I know that high output pickups running a bunch of gain are more prone to pick up weird noises, particularly in guitars that are equipped with trems. Before changing the ARTEC, I'd stuff foam in the trem cavity. That should cut down on a bit of the noise.

If it bothers you that much, why not just turn the volume down a bit before switching pickups?
I've never noticed any clunking noises or anything like that when using a JB, even at fairly high (band practice) volumes.

Well ..I get rid of the noise from the selector switch..By just swaping it out with the old fender 3-way I had in before. The AllParts 3-way was very clicky..The fender one is quiet and smooth.I blocked the floyd using metal instead of wood.3 nickles and 1 dime superglued together..Heard metal was suppose to be better then wood for blocking Floyd..Probably can get rid of the floyd
"clunk" by using a piece of wood to block floyd..
