SD doesn't do that because there are too many variables....and it would be impossible to compare against brands. Here's just a few....
1 pot?
2 pots?
Switch type?
String gauge?
How hard are the strings hit?
Which strings were hit?

Right. The DiMarzio numbers can only be "scientific" if the same person is playing the same guitar, exactly the same way to get all the mV numbers.
Obviously a pickup with a double-thick ceramic and a 20k wind will have a lot of output but depending on how you play and the amp/speakers you use, a PAF may have enough output if you play hard enough.
