From what I understand some have shipped and more will follow shortly. I recently spent some time with one, and it's really quite a useful box that sounds great. It's something I would pack for every bass gig. Even set flat or in bypass mode you can use it as a regular direct box. So that means you can even run things like acoustics or keyboards through it if they don't need aggressive EQ'ing. The EQ points are set for the bass guitar. But this thing can be a real life saver in other applications.
