SD To Launch Whole Lotta Hubucker Worldwide

Re: SD To Launch Whole Lotta Hubucker Worldwide

I'm interested, but I wish the gain was turned down in the clip and the volume cranked for a more natural sound

+1

Sounds good, but a lot of the sustain and all is coming from gain and not guitar.

Honestly I don't like it from the video... too middy and nasal...

Yeah, probably because the booth used to record this demo was too small...

Happens at home as well (compared to a large rehearsal studio).

I want more info, videos or soundclips of these pickups!
Are they four-conductors? In which colors are they going to be on sale (Bobbins & Covers)?
Which is the expected retail sale price?

Hey there, wanted to get back to you with the info - they do come in multiple colors. Black, white, zebra, reverse zebra and custom color.

Thanks Scott! You have been of great help! I'm really looking forward to playing a guitar with the ''JP'' Whole Lotta Humbuckers on it!
Thanks again!

Demo was great, I thought and these have really got me interested! Will the bridge be available in trembucker spacing?

Any user's of this wanna comment yet? Output makes it a potential buy for me but the demo sounded a little to Mids EQ for me. Play mostly clean to medium drive stuff.

Re: SD To Launch Whole Lotta Hubucker Worldwide

Should be shipping tomorrow most likely so expect them to start showing up online and at local stores by beginning of next week.

Here's the video:

8.7k in the bridge, 8.2k in the neck, short legs, calibrated sand-cast Alnico V magnets with a unique winding pitch.

Man this video is killer. Scott M. did a great job as always and Alistair Green's playing was really good.

Too cool! The tone is superb and you guys did such an amazing job capturing Seymour's seminal experience in the UK.

Stirred up a whole lotta WANT.
