SDUG ULTIMATE AXE - CAtegory 4; Pointies

Re: SDUG ULTIMATE AXE - CAtegory 4; Pointies

You seriously play that guitar in Church, through a Weeping Demon way? During the human sacrifices no doubt...
I always wanted to play a BC Rich Warlock in church, with a Screamin Demon and a Humbucker from Hell. And through my Genz Benz El Diablo amp.

However, who can pick just one?

Jackson PL-2 Pat Lachman import prototype (bought it, sold it, bought again a while back):

The original Jackson CS WarAngel:

(The one I designed, not that black and turquise atrocity Fuller's had, which is now at Ed Romans, the design which he stole for his "Lobotomizer")

If volume were the ticker, Newc woulfd have it bagged. :beerchug:

But if coolness, SD Forum factor, rareness and uniquness factor in, together with pissed off "I wanna kill someone already. Or at least give me more crack, god******" tone and looks mean anything, pure beauty notwithstanding, my Wrath is exactly that :firedevil

Newc`s War Angel comes close, but PO'ed looks is where IMHO the War Angel always looked, well, smurfy. But you have known this since the concept stages. I and half the JCF repeat: SMURFS DON`T DO METAL! :friday:

Re: SDUG ULTIMATE AXE - CAtegory 4; Pointies

Re: SDUG ULTIMATE AXE - CAtegory 4; Pointies

I present PINKY.
The rarest and most desirable of the modern Carvins are the 1990-93 X220's.
This one is a 1990 X220C done in Pearl Pink with a reverse headstock. It's Poplar with a maple neck through and is lighter than a Parker fly. The old girl has a lightening fast neck and plays like a dream Sounds like nothing else sustains for days and absolutely SCREAMS!
Every one who picks her up is blown away by her and wants it.
She gets gigged out regularly and is the one guitar that will never be sold.

Live on stage through my Zinky Velvet.

I once owed a one off 120 watt Red Fender Prosonic I bought off Brad Whitford that still had the blue property of Aerosmith inventory sticker with the # on the back. It stayed at my Church on my 4/12 and I regularly played Carvin X220's V220's and Ultra V's through it on Sunday mornings. Heck I even played THIS at Church through it a couple times!

Guilty as charged. :guilty:
I'll narrow it down if necessary.

My greatest act of rebellion that way was when I had my Epi Ace Frehley LP with the Ace face on the headstock. haha Im a wicked wicked boy.... hahaha

It may not be shredder-pointy, but with the smaller "Pro" style body, it's closer than a standard one. Here's my Gibson Traditional Pro Explorer

I love these!! Visually, it reminds me of the one Lita played with the runaways. Black with no guard and white binding. (think hers was a Hamer tho from a recent interview I heard)

Well, it doesnt compete with all the sharp points previously posted, but this is the pointiest thing I currently own.. (tho Ive previously owned pointier)

2002 Explorer limited run has mirror pickguard and truss covers. I added chrome rings, Duncan 59b in the neck and Custom 8 in the bridge
