Should I impulse buy a Kramer Stryker 100st?

It's sitting in the music store I work at for 99.99, can probably get it for a little less. Would it be worth it? Don't know too much abouy the Stryker series.

Don't know much about Kramers either, I once played a Barretta and it sounded ok. Really big on the shred and metal scene though. I prefer charvel/jackson.

Charvel/Jackson is clearly the superior choice haha This one has a plywood body and comes with a Floyd Rose II by Schaller and what I assume are Schaller pups. I can walk away with it today for 85 dollars and just seems like a steal for the Floyd alone.

Upon further inspection it seems like the floyd rose II is only worth about 50 bucks haha Someone had one listed on reverb for 130.

well now im finding that there's an apparent difference bwteen floyd rose ii and the schaller made floyd rose ii? or is this just vintage hipster marketing? more at 11.

decided not to buy it today mostly because i left work with a horrible headache and just wanted to get home ASAP. definitely treating myself on monday. i got a duncan distortion lying around im definitely gonna throw in it.

That headache is from GUILT of not buying it immediately....

Strikers are budget Kramers. For 100$ you could do worse, but it isn't something I'd waste time on, personally.

WRONG my friend! A $100 plywood Striker with a Floyd is EXACTLY the kind of guitar you waste time on!!!!!

Strip it, refinish in your fave Van Halen paint scheme, new hum bucker, and some quality time doing set up....then fun fun fun!!!!!

that blakk and yellow frankenstrat finish is super cool.. definitely taking it home today. it's gonna need some work so it's gonna be a minute before i get to set it up and riff on it.

brought the guitar home today. got it for 90 something bukks after taxes. plugged it in and it sounded a little sweeter than i expected. given that this has a diy trem blokk i figured the previous owner(s) must have done a pup swap at least once. turns out it's a 59.
