single coil sized seth lover?

I have fallen in love with the Seth lover pickups in my Ibanez talman, and am looking for something similar for the bridge position in my EBMM albert lee, as well as something to balance with it in the neck and middle spots. I want to stay with single coil size pickups, so I don't have to hack up the guitar. Any suggestions?

call the custom shop. the lil 59 is a cool pup but doesnt sound like a seth. ive never heard any single coil sized pup really get the tone of a paf style pup. they only "hear" half as much of the string and there isnt much you can do to change that

Trade it for one of the newer double-hum Albert Lee models.

The cool rails sounds nothing like a PAF. That being said, it's hands down my favourite single sized humbucker for how well it balances with other singles, and just for its sheer clarity and warmth. Every note in a chord is completely clear and it just has a very pleasing tone all around. I have one in a strat and with some tone knob work I have it sounding as warm and clear as an old archtop.

Kenny Olson (Kid Rock) uses one in the bridge of most his strats with vintage style single coils in the neck and middle.

So between all the sc sized humbuckers's, that are trying to sound PAFish, which ones have the most clarity?
Before I realized where I was really trying to go with this guitar, I tried a lil screamin demon, in the bridge, and it was very muddy.

Clear and humbucker is a contradiction. Some of us prefer a P90 in Humbuckersize to get clearness. But if thats your aim i would look into Bill Lawrence pickups or Joe Barden.

The Dimarzio Bluesbucker is voiced to sound like a p90. It is a nice sounding hb. I really enjoy it in the neck position of my tele. It has a beautiful voice.
